Waitlist and website data are processed using third-party services including Google Sheets, Resend (email), Cloudflare (website/network services), and authentication providers used for account login (including Supabase Auth and Google Sign-In when enabled).

Account sign-in and social login

If account login is enabled, we may offer email/password authentication and Google sign-in. Authentication may be handled by a specialist provider, and we only receive the account/profile data required to operate your account, including sign-in identifiers, profile name, and session details.

Password reset and account management

Where account features are enabled, we process password reset requests, profile updates, and account deletion requests you initiate. Password reset emails are used solely to restore account access.

How long we keep your data

We keep waitlist data only as long as reasonably necessary for operations, communication, legal obligations, and record-keeping.
